Cà n’aura pas duré longtemps: la dernière version du firmware de l’iPhone (1.1.3) a déjà été contournée par une équipe de hackers.
On y apprend aussi que Nate True (iBricker) s’est fait virer de la Dev Team en proposant un jailbreak contenant des informations sujettes à copyright, en violation des lois fédérales aux USA.
La méthode permet de garder ses réglages (sauf EDGE) et… le désimlockage! 🙂

Une femme glisse sur une frite dans un restaurant (sic) de Reims et intente un procès à Mc Donalds pour … 100.000€ de dommages intérêts pour, je cite, “manquement au devoir de sécurité”.
Apparemment, cette femme avait déjà des problèmes au genou et sa chute n’a rien fait pour l’aider. Ca fait quand même drôlement penser aux personnes qui ont l’aile gauche de la voiture déjà abîmée et qui forcent l’infraction à la priorité à droite pour se faire rembourser par l’assurance…
On retrouve ici le ridicule des Stella Awards (du nom de cette américaine qui s’était brûlée avec un café trop chaud) qui récompensent les attributions de dommages et intérêts pour des raisons aussi farfelues que ridicules…
